How is "per truck" counted?
Whichever trucks have a route assigned in a given month. Idle units in your fleet don't cost you anything.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. Monthly billing, cancel any time. The pilot is free with no commitment.
What's the difference between Starter and Pro?
Pro adds Trimble Maps for truck-aware routing (knows actual bridge heights and weight limits, not just our overlay), OptimoRoute for fleet-wide optimization beyond 12 stops, and faster support.
Do you charge for drivers or dispatchers?
No. Add as many people to your account as you need — only trucks meter.
Where do my data and routes live?
On Supabase / AWS in us-east-1. Multi-tenant with row-level security; no other carrier can see your trucks, locations, routes, or alerts.
